Competitive Aquatics Scholarship Information

Process: Competitive Aquatics Scholarship Google Form 

• Family fills out Google form/application and emails photo/scanned/attachment of enrollment letter/supporting documentation (see list below) to [email protected]
• Billing Manager follows up to verify enrollment letter/supporting documentation if not received (see list below).
• Once form is completed and documentation received and verified, Billing Manager contacts family to let them know of approval.
• Billing Manager notifies Diving Head Coach for RDC approvals
• Process required annually (will accept first application at any point; subsequent applications must be submitted prior to registration opening in August for next fiscal year).
• Scholarships will cover group fees only. Meet/event fees and teamwear are not covered by the scholarship.  **See below for registration fees**
• The scholarship application process is completed annually and does not carry over from year to year.

** For families who qualify for scholarship status, we will reduce the registration fees to the following (per swimmer):

Competitive - $150

Developmental - $125

Extreme need -  $50 no matter what group

Rochester Swim Club (RSC) Scholarship Group Fees

$100/installment per swimmer regardless of group

$0/session for introductory groups (Red/Discovery)

$0 if meets extreme need status (see below)

Rochester Diving Club (RDC) Scholarship Fees

2x a week or less $50/month (reduced rate)

3x a week or more $100/month (reduced rate)

$0 if meets extreme need status (see below)

Extreme Need will be assessed by the 2025 ASPE Poverty Guidelines. Billing Manager will request to see the most recent W2 or unearned income statement for verification. RSC will NOT hold sensitive information beyond the approval step for safety purposes.
